PURCHASING AGREEMENT

RBD DESIGN PURCHASE AGREEMENT  TERMS & CONDITIONS
By purchasing any digital design from Reckless Babe Designs (RBD), you agree to the following terms:

 

 

 1. NO EDITING OR ALTERING OF DESIGNS

You may not edit, change, alter, erase, recolor, or modify any part of our designs in any way.

 

If you require an edit, please contact RBD and we will assist you.

2. NO SHARING OF FILES

Purchased designs are for your use only.

You may not share, redistribute, or give files to anyone under any circumstance.

3. TRANSFER SHOPS & LICENSING

You may not sell transfers (DTF, sublimation, screenprints, etc.) without purchasing a commercial transfer license.

If you are purchasing transfers from a third-party printer, they must hold the license—or you may purchase it on their behalf.

4. PRINT QUALITY & FILE RESPONSIBILITY

All RBD files are created at 300 DPI.We are not responsible for printing issues.Please review your file before printing.If you notice watermarks, stray lines, color abnormalities, or any concerns, contact us before sending to print.Once printed, RBD is not liable for any issues.

5. NO COPYING, TRACING, OR STEALING

We have zero tolerance for copying, tracing, recreating, or stealing any part of our artwork or designs.

6. NO USE IN CREATING YOUR OWN DIGITAL FILES
You may not use RBD designs, elements, or graphics to create your own digital designs, clipart, seamless files, or any digital product.

 

 

7. WATERMARKS REQUIRED WHEN SHARING
If you are showcasing or sharing an image of our design (in a group, page, website, etc.), a watermark is required.

 

 

8. COMMERCIAL LICENSE REQUIRED FOR SHOPS

A separate commercial license is required if you are operating as a:

 

• Wholesaler
• DTF / Screenprint / Transfer shop
• Fabric shop
• Bamboo shop
